How much does event check-in software cost?

Our plans range from $449 per event for up to 300 attendees to $9,900 per event for up to 3,000 attendees on Scale. Every price is flat and published on this page — there is no sales call required to see what you would pay.

Do you charge per ticket?

No. Pricing is flat per event based on your attendee tier, not per ticket sold. If you go over your plan’s attendee limit, overage is $1.50 per attendee with alerts before you reach the cap.

What’s the difference between Professional and Professional + White-Label App?

Both plans cover the same 1,000 attendees and the same registration, credentialing and check-in engine. Professional + White-Label App adds a branded mobile app published under your own name to the App Store and Google Play, plus in-app agenda, networking, and content features.

Can I add the white-label app later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can start on Professional and upgrade to Professional + White-Label App for a later event once you decide you want a branded app. There is no penalty for starting smaller.

What badge printers do you support?

Our badge designer supports Zebra thermal printers, AirPrint-compatible printers, and Brother label printers out of the box. If you already own printers from another brand, we can advise on compatibility during onboarding.

Do I need to buy hardware?

No. We are a software-only platform, so we don’t sell or require specific hardware. If you need guidance, our free hardware sourcing add-on tells you exactly which printers and scanners to buy for your event size.

What happens if the venue Wi-Fi goes down?

The check-in app includes offline mode with auto-sync, so scanning and badge printing continue to work without a live connection. Once connectivity returns, all check-in data syncs automatically back to your dashboard.

Can I use your check-in app with my existing registration platform?

Our check-in app is built to work with data imported from your registration flow, and our team can talk through your specific setup on a demo call. Most customers use our registration tools end-to-end, but integration options exist for other platforms on higher tiers.

Do you offer nonprofit or education pricing?

Yes. Nonprofit and education organizations receive 20% off all plans, including annual multi-event packages. Reach out during your demo and we’ll apply the discount to your quote.

Is the mobile app really white-label?

Yes. On Professional + White-Label App and above, the mobile app is published under your organization’s name and branding to the App Store and Google Play — attendees see your brand, not ours.
