Open registration
Run sign-ups on your own branded page, or bring the list in from Cvent, Eventbrite, HubSpot, or a CSV. Walk-ups get added at the door and land in the same record.
Scan and print
Any iPad or Android tablet becomes a station. Scan the QR from the confirmation email, or search by last name when someone forgot it.
Control the rooms
Put a scanner on any door. Access is checked against the tier on the badge, not against a printed list on a clipboard.
Access is a color, then a word
The door team reads the ribbon before it reads the name. Every tier keeps the same color across the badge, the app, and the dashboard — so it means the same thing at the North gate as it does at Hall C.
Color never carries access on its own — every badge prints the tier name and initial too.
